Sara at Domestically Challenged is doing her Top Ten Thursday on Things that you do that drives the hubby nuts...wow, I cant limit them to ten but I will try:)

Making the bed-its just not me to make the bed...personally I find it most comfy if its not made up but he says thats just an excuse!
Very forgetful-I have a tendency to do laundry and forget to put them in the dryer so sometimes they stay in the washer wet longer than they should and then I have to wash again!
My car is never clean-anytime he gets in I have to clear a place for him to sit! It looks like I literally live in my car!
I am very impatient-I think that when I call he should answer...and if he doesnt I call right back lol!
I am not a morning person-maybe another reason I dont like to make the bed!
My driving-if there is something in the road that can get in my tire, it will! I had to get 5 nails removed from my tire in a matter of 3 months!
That I am so like my father-very over protective of my daughter...I just dont want her to get hurt. She is my first so I am a little uptight!
Unorganized-I am organized in my own little way. I know where everything is if you would only ask!
My love for Starbucks-he doesnt understand why I will pay a fortune for 1 cup of coffee!
Big procrastinator-I always put things off till the last minute and it drives him crazy lol!

But thank God he over looks that!

I did NOT fight with a 100lb German Shepherd to get her out of the house one morning. I did NOT have to pull her off the couch by her collar only to fall on my bottom because I slipped on the rug. NOT Me, especially since it's my friends dog!

I did NOT get so bored at work one day that I decided to go home early! What kind of employee am I? I am such a good employee that I am NOT taking this Thursday & Friday off too!

I did NOT have a great party this weekend...I did NOT make an extra $200 in 2 hrs! I do NOT love Mary Kay!

I do NOT have the BEST blog friends! I do NOT talk to 2 or 3 of them at least every day!

I did NOT have one of my BF (Blog Friend) Amber purchase a Tropical Pineapple Set that smells absolutely wonderful off my blog last week. I did NOT have to have a talk with two of my 1st & 2nd grader male students this week at VBS about not looking at each other's parts while they are at the urinals in the bathroom. Nope, NOT me!

I did NOT walk into my master bathroom this weekend and find my daughter trying to wipe her rear end. She did NOT then proceed to ask me to "check" it for her. After I did NOT check it for her she then did NOT tell me that I was her "official butt checker" because that's what moms do! No that isnt my official title now!

I was NOT so tired this weekend from getting up every morning at 5 am last week and working till 4 pm and then VBS till 9 pm that I did NOT sleep till 12pm Saturday & Sunday. What kind of her mother am I?

I am NOT so excited about my new career with Mary Kay and I am NOT off to a great start! I am NOT eager to get new clients (even over the blogosphere) and NOT happy about the money I am NOT making!

So as for my confession of the week. I didnt feel like bathing my daugther because it was so late one night this week that I let her put her PJ's on and go on to bed. I was so tired from VBS this week and working my normal full time job that I was pooped. She wasnt that dirty and she didnt smell so I sent her own to bed. Not to mention that she was so happy because she didnt have to wash her hair...which did need it. But I was tired...

So that is my confession what is yours??

Full time Job + Mary Kay

As most of you know I work a full time job plus I am doing Mary Kay on the side. My goal is to be doing Mary Kay full time by the end of this year. I am really praying about this. I have alot of guilt about not spending as much time with my daughter as I should. It really eats at me. I really want to be there for her. I want to be able to attend her field trips without the guilt of wondering what is going on at work. I want her to know that Mommy will be there for her no matter what!

I am reading Mary Kay's autobiography and I really am enjoying it. It is a Christian based company and her focus is God first, Family second, and Career third. That is what I want! I was amazed to walk into my first meeting and it be opened and closed in prayer! That to me is awesome! We dont even pray in school anymore and this company prays before every meeting and afterwards!

Since I am working Full time (I wont say where) and my Boss/Manager is actually a Mary Kay Consultant (she recruited me) too I am finding that I am doing more Mary Kay work at my 9-5 job. But at least she cant get on to me for doing Mary Kay with her:) But I am still getting my job done. Hi Everyone! Thanks for the great response on my Debut party! I am so excited that I am off to a good start. Something else happened at my Debut that I wasnt yet able to share. One of the ladies signed up to be a consultant! We will call her "C." She has sold Mary Kay before but got out of it due to having to go to work full time. But she was really interested in getting back in and getting started. So she is officially my first team member. Hopefully really soon I will have her up & selling and making her some good money too!

My Mary Kay Debut Party

So I had my Mary Kay Debut party yesterday. I had it at my church and invited several ladies. I had nine women that came and spent a couple of hours with me. They played in some of the products and we had a great time. We tested out the skin care line which is awesome. We tested it on the backs of our hands and then compared it to the other hand. The difference was amazing!

Ladies, if you dont have a good skin care regiment I strongly suggest you try Mary Kay. As bad as I hate to admit this I use to sleep in my make up but I never had problems until recently. I started using the Mary Kay Miracle Set and my skin is doing wonders. It is so soft and never dry anymore. Since I have eczema my skin tends to be on the dry side but since I have started using the Miracle Set I have not had any dry skin. It's a Miracle!

Now for the other Miracle! I sold $985.00 worth of products in two hours. The best part...I get half of that. Anyone know what half of that is....anyone? Well its $492.50. I made $492.50 in two hours!! That is almost $250 an hour! This is the kind of job I want. I had a great time with a bunch of wonderful ladies and I made money while having fun!
