As most of you know I work a full time job plus I am doing Mary Kay on the side. My goal is to be doing Mary Kay full time by the end of this year. I am really praying about this. I have alot of guilt about not spending as much time with my daughter as I should. It really eats at me. I really want to be there for her. I want to be able to attend her field trips without the guilt of wondering what is going on at work. I want her to know that Mommy will be there for her no matter what!
I am reading Mary Kay's autobiography and I really am enjoying it. It is a Christian based company and her focus is God first, Family second, and Career third. That is what I want! I was amazed to walk into my first meeting and it be opened and closed in prayer! That to me is awesome! We dont even pray in school anymore and this company prays before every meeting and afterwards!
Since I am working Full time (I wont say where) and my Boss/Manager is actually a Mary Kay Consultant (she recruited me) too I am finding that I am doing more Mary Kay work at my 9-5 job. But at least she cant get on to me for doing Mary Kay with her:) But I am still getting my job done. My motivation is getting my normal work done so I can spend the rest of the day doing my Mary Kay thing! So as you can tell I am a very busy person lately.
