I did NOT fight with a 100lb German Shepherd to get her out of the house one morning. I did NOT have to pull her off the couch by her collar only to fall on my bottom because I slipped on the rug. NOT Me, especially since it's my friends dog!

So as for my confession of the week. I didnt feel like bathing my daugther because it was so late one night this week that I let her put her PJ's on and go on to bed. I was so tired from VBS this week and working my normal full time job that I was pooped. She wasnt that dirty and she didnt smell so I sent her own to bed. Not to mention that she was so happy because she didnt have to wash her hair...which did need it. But I was tired...
So that is my confession what is yours??
As most of you know I work a full time job plus I am doing Mary Kay on the side. My goal is to be doing Mary Kay full time by the end of this year. I am really praying about this. I have alot of guilt about not spending as much time with my daughter as I should. It really eats at me. I really want to be there for her. I want to be able to attend her field trips without the guilt of wondering what is going on at work. I want her to know that Mommy will be there for her no matter what!
I am reading Mary Kay's autobiography and I really am enjoying it. It is a Christian based company and her focus is God first, Family second, and Career third. That is what I want! I was amazed to walk into my first meeting and it be opened and closed in prayer! That to me is awesome! We dont even pray in school anymore and this company prays before every meeting and afterwards!
Since I am working Full time (I wont say where) and my Boss/Manager is actually a Mary Kay Consultant (she recruited me) too I am finding that I am doing more Mary Kay work at my 9-5 job. But at least she cant get on to me for doing Mary Kay with her:) But I am still getting my job done. My motivation is getting my normal work done so I can spend the rest of the day doing my Mary Kay thing! So as you can tell I am a very busy person lately.
Hi Everyone! Thanks for the great response on my Debut party! I am so excited that I am off to a good start. Something else happened at my Debut that I wasnt yet able to share. One of the ladies signed up to be a consultant! We will call her "C." She has sold Mary Kay before but got out of it due to having to go to work full time. But she was really interested in getting back in and getting started. So she is officially my first team member. Hopefully really soon I will have her up & selling and making her some good money too!

Ladies, if you dont have a good skin care regiment I strongly suggest you try Mary Kay. As bad as I hate to admit this I use to sleep in my make up but I never had problems until recently. I started using the Mary Kay Miracle Set and my skin is doing wonders. It is so soft and never dry anymore. Since I have eczema my skin tends to be on the dry side but since I have started using the Miracle Set I have not had any dry skin. It's a Miracle!
Now for the other Miracle! I sold $985.00 worth of products in two hours. The best part...I get half of that. Anyone know what half of that is....anyone? Well its $492.50. I made $492.50 in two hours!! That is almost $250 an hour! This is the kind of job I want. I had a great time with a bunch of wonderful ladies and I made money while having fun!
